People on a Low Carb, High Fat lifestyle use Bulletproof coffee for added fat and calories without a huge meal. LCHF is somewhere between 70-80% fat, 15-20% protein and 5-10% carbohydrates. With that percentage of fat in the diet, bulletproof coffee becomes a great way to add the fat without overeating way too much.
