Cult member here. Love the mix of my tech obsession (from my ex-BOL folks) and my current CrossFit one. I knew there had to be something Dust Bowl-related to CF already.
Molly – love you and would hate to be on your bad side, but… what is the masculine term for a male that advocates for social, political, legal, and economic rights for women?
Should we start a list of dogs who barked along with Jango?
Count in Mr. Pepper Mills!

A good, balanced article about benefits and dangers of CrossFit. TL:DR- Proceed with Caution. I posted this in the Twitter feed as well (my first tweet!) but wanted to add that kettlebells are really great and are not restricted to CrossFit. Here’s one of my favorite 15-minute workouts that you can do with just one kettlebell- http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/ultimate-kettlebell-workout

Check out Regionals in Santa Rosa in a few weeks. Crossfitters tend to be obsessive bloggers and many of us are quite tech savvy.

I tweeted this, too. But, Annie Lennox says men need to be feminists, too. 🙂

Responding to an old episode, but Tom’s comments about training like a railroad spike driver reminded me of SHOVELGLOVE.

Also on YouTube. Look it up. It’s a thing.
